Booking
A booking is a request until the team confirms it by email or WhatsApp with the pickup time. No payment is taken at booking. Prices are per person in EUR and include what each tour page lists under "What is included".
Payment
Payment is made on the day of the tour to the guide in EUR (or the equivalent in EGP or USD), or by bank transfer in advance on request. Tours that include a flight require the flight to be paid 72 hours before travel; a payment link is sent.
Children and minimum numbers
Children aged 4 to 11 pay the child price; under 4 travel free without a seat. Private tours are priced on a minimum of two travellers; a solo traveller pays 1.5 times the adult price. The balloon has a minimum age of 6.
Changes by us
Site opening hours, ticket prices and flight schedules can change without notice. We may adjust the order of an itinerary or replace a closed site with an equivalent one. Balloon flights are subject to Civil Aviation approval each morning.
Liability
Tut Egypt Tours is licensed by the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism. Vehicles and guides are licensed and insured for tourist transport. Guests are responsible for their passports, valuables and travel insurance.
