Free cancellation
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup for car, coach, boat and walking tours, and up to 48 hours before pickup for tours that include a flight. Email or WhatsApp is enough; we confirm the cancellation in writing.
Late cancellation and no-show
Inside those windows the tour is due in full, because tickets, guides and vehicles are committed. Flight tickets follow the airline's rules once issued.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel (weather, site closure, Civil Aviation grounding a balloon, security advice), you choose a new date or a full refund of anything paid. A balloon cancelled for wind is refunded in full.
Changes
Date changes are free up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability.
