How and when do I pay?

You book without a card. You pay on the day of the tour in EUR (or the equivalent in EGP or USD) to the guide, or by bank transfer in advance if you prefer. Flight options need the flight paid 72 hours before travel; we send a link.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup, 48 hours for tours that include a flight. Balloon flights cancelled by Civil Aviation for wind are refunded in full.

The cheapest hour of pure Luxor: a wooden boat, one boatman, the wind, and the light on the water and the West Bank. Book it for the evening of your temple day.

Pickup 30 minutes before sailing. The felucca leaves from the Corniche below the Winter Palace or your cruise boat. The boatman sets the lateen sail and tacks upstream towards Banana Island with Luxor Temple and the Corniche on one side and the palm groves of the West Bank on the other.

Tea, karkade and biscuits are served on board. The sun sets behind the Theban hills, the balloons' launch fields and the Colossi in the far distance, and the boat drifts back with the current as Luxor Temple's floodlights come on.

Drop-off at your hotel or boat. Longer sails (two hours with a stop at Banana Island) or a private dinner on board can be arranged.
