Picked up at 2:30 from Makadi, slept on the bus, and by 9 we were standing under the Great Pyramid. Ahmed explained everything without rushing. The Grand Egyptian Museum in the afternoon was the highlight: the Tutankhamun galleries are unreal. Back at midnight, exhausted and happy.

Um 6:30 abgeholt, um 7 standen wir allein im Grab von Sethos I. Die Farben sind unglaublich. Danach Tutanchamun und drei weitere Gräber. Der Guide konnte Hieroglyphen lesen und hat uns die Texte erklärt. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Awesome experience floating down the Nile River. The guides were extremely friendly and accommodating for our family of 6 adults. They let us connect our own music to the speaker as well. Mahmoud Khalefa was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about Egyptian history. The El Hakem mosque was beautiful and interesting. The Bazaar was very lively.
